24kupi Reviews

Smart Buy from 24KupiI recently purchased a Bluetooth earpiece from 24Kupi and was genuinely impressed with both the product and the service. The earpiece was small, discreet, and delivered clear sound quality, making it perfect for quiet communication in sensitive situations. Despite the limited number of reviews online, the company's support team was responsive and helpful they even offered a video call to explain the setup process. Shipping was quick and handled through DHL, with proper tracking provided. Overall, 24Kupi turned out to be a reliable and professional seller, offering smart gadgets with solid customer support.

Cameras for testsTheir hidden cameras are top-notch. Small in size but gigantic in quality. Images were crystal clear. Helped me a ton during finals week. Godsend honestly.

Malfunctioning device This site seller sold me a defective item and refuse to replace the device with one that is functioning. I spent all that money to receive a defective item. I asked for a replacement device with the return of the defective item and the refuse to replace and I just bought it. They have no customer service and they take for ever to respond. The device also came with no instructions on how to use it. I did not even ask for a refund. All I asked was to simple change my malfunctioning device for one that is working. Do not buy from here. They have no customer service. They keep telling you they are waiting for upper management.
